Founded in 1945, Blasco history began a few years earlier when brothers Pedro and Rafael Blasco began working as apprentices in a small upholstery workshop in the town of Pozuelo de Alarcón, northwest of Madrid. A few years later they founded their own company and over time Blasco has become a benchmark in the world of decoration, chosen by the most prestigious decorators and interior designers in Europe for the beauty, simplicity, quality and comfort of its upholstered furniture.

Belgian Shoes

For over 300 years Belgian Shoes have been made exclusively by hand, carefully and perfectly - with craftsmanship unique in the world of fashion. The finest hand workmanship and quality leather used to produce these shoes assure long and comfortable wear. - Henry Bendel

These hand stitched loafers were designed in the 1940’s by Henri Bendel, who received a knighthood from the Belgian government for keeping his production there and thus helping to preserve the native shoe industry. The company is now run by his son, John and very little has changed in the business since the sixties, when they introduced a new style and multiple widths.

Paolo Moschino Ltd stocks two styles of Belgian Shoes, Midinette for the ladies and Mr Casual for men. The key to the shoes’ success is their indisputable comfort, which is achieved through their simple, hand-finished construction.
